In this Help Article you will learn how to navigate GivingFuel.

When you first login into GivingFuel you will see this screen:

In GivingFuel, we call a Donation Page, a Page. Click Pages and then you have the option to View All Pages or Create A New Page to access your donor Pages in GivingFuel.

Once you select View All Pages, you can select the Pencil icon on the Page you want to edit.

Select GivingFuel in the upper left hand corner and select any of our other products to access that product.

Select the question mark open up our Knowledge-base:

Select the Magnifying Glass to search within your GivingFuel account, you can use these key phrases as a filter:

Select the yellow circle in the lower right hand corner to chat with our Solutions Team:

If you are a User on multiple accounts, you can switch Accounts here. Please note: that the email address must be the same on all accounts to be able to do this.
