FAQs

Can I use one subdomain for some of my pages on my account, and another subdomain for other pages?

At this time, each GivingFuel account has one subdomain that all the pages share. If you would like to use more than one subdomain, we recommend creating another GivingFuel account with a different subdomain.

Is my Subdomain the Same across GivingFuel, TicketSpice, RegFox, and RedPodium?

Yes, an organization's subdomain remains the same across all four products in your account.

What happens to my existing event page URLs if I update my subdomain?

Changing your subdomain will break any existing URLs associated with your published pages. After updating your subdomain, you’ll need to re-publish any currently published pages so they use the new subdomain.

Once you’ve re-published your pages, visitors who use an old donation page URL with your previous subdomain will be automatically redirected to the same page on your new subdomain, as long as that page has at least one donation.
