Written by Maddy

Keyword Auto-Responders make it easy to instantly share important information with your donors. By setting up specific keywords, you can provide quick, consistent answers to common questions about your organization.

For example, you might ask donors to text the word “mission” to automatically receive a reply with your organization's mission statement. It’s a simple, efficient way to keep everyone informed while saving time for your team.
