On GivingFuel, you can offer merchandise and other products on your GivingFuel page. This is a great way to offer your donors other ways to support your non-profit!

  • Click the + icon to add a new field

  • Give a description of the item if applicable

  • Add an image of the item - either select an uploaded image, or upload a new one

  • Set the price

  • Set the inventory available if there is a limited supply

  • Click the trash can icon to delete other merchandise options as desired, or the Add Product button to add additional options

Advanced Settings

To get to advanced settings, scroll to the bottom of your merchandise field and click Advanced Options. Under this field, there are a handful of options:

  • Limited Selections - This can be used if you'd like to limit how many merchandise items a donor can select. For example, if you only allow a selection of 1, a donor will not be able to add additional merchandise once they select one item

  • Show Remaining Supply - If this is turned on, donors will see how many merchandise items are remaining per product if there is a limited supply

  • Enable Tax Deductible Values - When this is toggled on, you can add a tax-deductible value to each of your products as desired. This will issue a tax-deductible value on donors' confirmations and a year-end tax-deductible statement can be sent including this value

  • Show Description on Confirmation - If this option is toggled on, donors will see the description that is included with the products on their confirmation

  • Hide images - If this option is toggled on, the show image option can be turned off if no images are provided so it removes the placeholder image
