GivingFuel can assist in importing your contacts into our CRM Database.

The process is simple. Fill out this form, upload a CSV file of your contacts, and our team will move your contacts into your GivingFuel account.

The cost of importing contacts is a one-time $59 set up fee and $0.10 per contact. If you have over 1,000 contacts, please contact team@givingfuel.com for negotiated rates.

Here is how the process works:

Go here to access the Import Contact application form. Download our CSV template, insert your contact information following the template, and re-upload the file.

Step Two is all about you! Let us know your GivingFuel information:

The Final Step is filling out the Billing Information. The process time for the Contact Import is two weeks from the date of payment and correct file upload.

If you need the order done faster we do have the option to submit a rush order for an additional $99.

Once you hit the submit button you are all set, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

What information are you able to import on my contacts?

We are able to import the type of contact (Organization or Individual), name, email, address, phone number(s), special notes/about info, and various social media profiles.

What happens if I do not complete the CSV file correctly?

We will reach out and let you know of any corrections that are needed before completing the import.

If I add more contacts, do my GivingFuel fees go up? Will I get charged more?

No. Unlike many of our competitors, GivingFuel doesn’t charge based on the size of your contact list. We’ve never done that and never will. Besides the one-time set up fee for importing your contacts, your pricing will stay the same.

I only have a few contacts to upload, can I do it manually?

Of course. To import contacts manually one-by-one, just go to ‘Add Contact’ in the Contacts portion of GivingFuel and upload your contacts individually. The Import Contact tool is best for mass import but if you would like to do it manually, you are more than welcome to.

Can I import donation data and transactions alongside contacts?

At the moment no, but the transaction import is coming to bring in past donors and their donation data into GivingFuel. You can, however, import recurring transactions and donors into GivingFuel. Learn more here.
