With GivingFuel, you can invite as many users to your account as you need for no additional cost. We recommend giving anyone who will be accessing your account their own user login. This allows our system to know who made what changes in the account, and this helps with clarity when writing into our support team.
Inviting each person to have their own user login also allows you to quickly and easily revoke a user if needed and control what pages and permissions each user has access to.

If you want your user to have full access and privileges, we recommend toggling the Grant Full Access with All Privileges to Anything button On. This will give the user full access.
If you would like to limit your users, our system has many permissions your organization can customize as needed. Here are a description of the account and page permissions that are currently available.
Account permissions:

With View Permissions, the user can look at the settings.
With Manage Permissions, the user can make edits to the settings.
With Delete Permissions, the user can delete items within those settings.
Note: If your organization is using Webconnex Payments and wants to give a user access to the Webconnex Payments portal, the user must have View, Manage, and Delete Permissions on Payment Processor Setup.
