With GivingFuel, you can invite as many users to your account as you need for no additional cost. We recommend giving anyone who will be accessing your account their own user login. This allows our system to know who made what changes in the account, and this helps with clarity when writing into our support team.

Inviting each person to have their own user login also allows you to quickly and easily revoke a user if needed and control what pages and permissions each user has access to.

Add A User

ProTip: If you use multiple products, a user can use the same user login for GivingFuel, TicketSpice, RegFox, and RedPodium.

  • From the Pages screen, hover your mouse over the gear icon in the upper right corner and select Users from the dropdown

  • Click the Add User button

  • Enter the name and email address of the person you'd like to add as a user

  • Set the user's permissions (as shown below)

  • Click Send Invite when you have customized the user settings as needed

Set user permissions

If you want your user to have full access and privileges, we recommend toggling the Grant Full Access with All Privileges to Anything button On. This will give the user full access.

If you would like to limit your users, our system has many permissions your organization can customize as needed. Here are a description of the account and page permissions that are currently available.

Account permissions:

  • Account management: users can can make changes to your organization's information and account

  • User management: users can view, manage, and delete the users who are on the account

  • Billing management: users can view and manage the billing information on file (this is separate from any payment processor information)

  • Payment Processor setup: users can view, manage, and delete payment processor settings on GivingFuel

  • Integrations: users can view, manage, and delete external integrations through Zapier, APIs, or Webhooks that are set up on your GivingFuel account

With View Permissions, the user can look at the settings.

With Manage Permissions, the user can make edits to the settings.

With Delete Permissions, the user can delete items within those settings.

Note: If your organization is using Webconnex Payments and wants to give a user access to the Webconnex Payments portal, the user must have View, Manage, and Delete Permissions on Payment Processor Setup.

Page permissions

By default, users are given access to all pages. Here is how to give users access to only certain pages.

  • Toggle on the Setup Access to Specific Pages button

  • Uncheck at least one of the Manage, Publish, Reports & Exports, or Financial Boxes

    • For any boxes that remain checked in this row, the user will have this specific permission on all pages

  • From there, scroll through the list of pages, and pick and choose which pages and permissions you would like to grant the user to access

Available Page Permissions

  • Manage: Allows users to view, edit, create, archive, restore, and delete pages

  • Publish: Allows users to publish pages (a user must have Publish and Manage permissions to publish)

  • Reports & Exports: Allows Users to view pages and analytics pages. View, edit and cancel orders. View, edit and delete contacts and view and run exports.

  • Financial: Allows Users the ability to see transaction amounts and run financial reports
