On GivingFuel, organizations can add images, image galleries, and videos directly to the giving page. Images and videos are great ways to engage donors immediately when they land on your donation page. It can be a great way to cast vision, convey your mission and share more about your organization to individuals who are looking to donate to your cause.

Add an Image
The image option is a great option if you would like to add a single image to your donation page. This field gives your organization a lot of control over how your image appears on the donation page. If you would like to add multiple images in a gallery, we recommend using our Image Gallery field instead. Here is how to add the image field to your donation page.
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
Hover over the location you want to add the image, and click the green + icon
Select the Image field
Toggle the Crop button if you would like to crop your image
If this option is turned on, you can select to crop your image as a rectangle (landscape), rectangle (portrait), square, or circle
If this option is turned on, you can also check the rounded corners checkbox to round the corners of your image
Select the Make Image Full-Width checkbox if you would like your image to extend the full width of your giving page
Select the Remove all spacing around image checkbox if you would like to remove all spacing around the image
Select Choose Image. You can choose to upload a new file, or select from your previously uploaded images
In the Image Position field, select where you would like the crop to begin if your image crops out a portion of the photo
Toggle the Include text with image if you would like to add text to the left or right of your image
If you toggle on this option, customize the Image Size that appears at the top of the image field
Add the text in the Message box
Select to add the Text on Right or the Text on Left of the image
Select to align the text next to the image in the Center or on Top
Click Done
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page
Add an Image Gallery
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
Hover over the location you want to add the image gallery and click the green + icon
Select the Image Gallery field
Select whether you would like your image gallery to be displayed in Rows or Columns
If you select Rows, select the Image Size of your gallery images
If you select Columns, select whether you would like your gallery to have 2, 3, or 4 columns
Toggle the Crop button if you would like to crop your image
If this option is turned on, you can select to crop your image as a rectangle (landscape), rectangle (portrait), square, or circle
If this option is turned on, you can also check the rounded corners checkbox to round the corners of your image
Select the Make Gallery Full Width checkbox if you would like your gallery to extend the full width of your giving page
Toggle on Mobile Settings if you would like to customize how your gallery is laid out on mobile
If this option is turned on, select whether you would like your image gallery to display as Rows or Columns on mobile devices
To add your first image, click Choose Image. You can choose to upload a new file, or select from your previously uploaded images
In the Image Position field, select where you would like the crop to begin if your image crops out a portion of the photo
Toggle the Include text with image if you would like to add text to your image
Add the text in the Message box
Row Options
If your gallery is displaying in rows, select to add the Text on Right or the Text on Left of the image
Select to align the text next to the image in the Center or on Top
Column Options
If your gallery is displaying in columns, select to add the Text on Bottom or Text on Top of the image
Select Add Image to add another image to the gallery, or select the trash can icon to delete an image from the gallery
Click Done when your gallery is customized
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page
Add a Video
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
Hover over the location you want to add the video, and click the green + icon
Select the Video field
Add the YouTube or Vimeo link
Click Done
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page
