This introduction to page creation will help you get the ball rolling on your donation page setup.

The Header Section
The header is the top area of your page. It is defined as anything above the donation section. You can find the end of the header area by finding the dotted line right above the donation section.
The header area displays elements such as links, graphics, videos, text fields, etc. There are no input fields available in the header area.
Add a field to the header
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
Scroll to find the faintly dotted line, just above the donation section
Hover your mouse over that line and click the green + icon
Select the field you would like to add to the header
Edit, Move, or Delete a Field in the Header
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
Scroll to the Header
Edit a Field: Hover over the field you would like to edit, and click the pencil icon
Move a Field: Hover your mouse over the field you would like to move. Click the field, and then drag and drop the field to the new desired location
Delete a Field: Hover your mouse over the field you'd like to delete. Click the trash can icon, and delete the field
The Donation Section
The donation section is where your donors can enter their donation information. Your organization can also use this section to allow donors to purchase merchandise, enter personal information about themselves, and more!
Add, Copy, Edit, Move, and Delete a Field
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
Scroll to the section under the Header
Add a Field: Hover over a field, and click the green + icon. Select the field you would like to add to the page
Edit a Field: Hover over the field you would like to edit, and click the pencil icon
Copy a Field: Hover over the field you would like to copy, and click the copy icon
Delete a field: Hover your mouse over the field you'd like to delete. Click the trash can icon, and delete the field
Move a Field: Hover your mouse over the field you would like to move. Click the field, and then drag and drop the field to the new desired location
Tip: You can only move fields within the same section of your page. It is not possible to move fields across different sections of the page (sections that are separated by a dotted line). If you would like to move a field to another section of the page, we recommend copying the field, and adding this field as a new field in the correct section.
Warning: If you have already captured information through a specific field, we strongly discourage users from deleting that field. Deleting a field with data will erase all data already captured through this field. Instead, we recommend hiding the field so your donor data is retained. The Billing Section
The billing section is towards the bottom of your page below the donation area. Fields in the billing section can be edited, but cannot be rearranged. For example, users can enable or disable international addresses, edit the available payment methods, or edit the field labels.
Edit a Field from the Billing Section
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
Scroll to the billing section, and hover over the field you want to edit
Click the pencil icon
Click Done once you have made your edits
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page
The Footer
At the very bottom of your page, below the Billing Information section, is the Footer. You can add display and html fields to this section.
Add a field to the Footer
Scroll to find the faintly dotted line at the bottom of the giving page
Hover your mouse over that line and click the green + icon
Select the field you would like to add to the footer
Edit, Move, or Delete a Field in the Footer
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
Scroll to the Footer
Edit a Field: Hover over the field you would like to edit, and click the pencil icon
Move a Field: Hover your mouse over the field you would like to move. Click the field, and then drag and drop the field to the new desired location
Delete a Field: Hover your mouse over the field you'd like to delete. Click the trash can icon, and delete the field
FAQs
Can I edit my page after it has been published?
Yes, you can edit your page after it has been published. Just be mindful of editing any fields that have already captured data. If you are needing to delete a field, we recommend using an action to hide a field. Click here if you would like to learn how to hide a field in GivingFuel using actions.
Do I have to add fields one at a time or can I add multiple fields at once?
It is possible to add multiple fields to you page at once in the Donation section of the page. Here is how to add multiple fields to GivingFuel at one time.
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
Scroll to the Donation section
Hover over a field, and click the green + icon
Click the Select Multiple Elements button
Select any fields you would like to add
Click Add Elements
