A subdomain is the first portion of the URL that is present across all of the donation pages in your account. For example:
WARNING: Changing a subdomain will break any existing URLs. So proceed with caution. After updating a subdomain, you'll need to go republish any previously published pages.
To update your subdomain, follow these steps:
Hover your mouse over the gear icon in the upper-right-hand corner of your account
Select Organization Details from the dropdown menu
Click the Edit Settings button
Scroll dow, and edit the subdomain in the Subdomain field to edit the Subdomain
Click the Save button

Can I use one subdomain for some of my pages on my account, and another subdomain for other pages?
At this time, each GivingFuel account has one subdomain that all the pages share. If you would like to use more than one subdomain, we recommend creating another GivingFuel account with a different subdomain.
Is my Subdomain the Same across GivingFuel, TicketSpice, RegFox, and RedPodium?
Yes, an organization's subdomain remains the same across all four products in your account.
