International addresses
By default, GivingFuel accepts international addresses. This means, your donors from outside the US can select their home country and enter their billing details accordingly. In this instance, the transaction will still process in USD. This feature can be enabled or disabled, and your organization can set a default country. We recommend setting the default country to be whatever country you believe the majority of your donations will come in from.
From the Pages screen in the top menu bar, click the Pencil icon on the page you'd like to enable or disable international addresses on
Scroll down to the billing section and click the Pencil icon on the Address field
If you have other address fields on your page, you may want to edit those as well
Click Advanced Options in the lower right corner
Toggle the International option to Yes or No
When International is toggled to Yes, it provides the option to choose the default country
Click the Done button
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page
International Phone Numbers
By default, GivingFuel accepts international phone numbers. This means, your donors from outside the US can select their home country and enter their phone numbers accordingly. This feature can be enabled or disabled, and your organization can set a default country. We recommend setting the default country to whatever country you anticipate a majority of your donations to come in from. Here is how:
From the Pages screen in the top menu bar, click the Pencil icon on the page you'd like to enable or disable international phone numbers on
Scroll down to the billing section and click the Pencil icon on the Mobile Number field
If you have other phone number fields on your page, you way want to edit those as well
If the phone number field has been disabled, toggle the Enable button to Yes
Click Advanced Options in the lower right corner
Toggle the Number Format to either be USA or International
When International is selected, it provides the option to choose the default country
Click the Done button
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page

Can my page be converted to Spanish or any other language other than English?
Yes, your GivingFuel page can be converted to Spanish. Here is how to convert your page into Spanish.
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to translate
Save and Publish your page
View your published page
Add ?lang=es to the end of your URL
Copy and save your URL

How do I allow international donors to give to my organization?
If your organization uses Webconnex Payments and processes donations in USD or CAD, you can enable international addresses and phone numbers on your giving page. This allows donors who reside outside your country to donate using a credit card.
Note: When international addresses and phone numbers are enabled, donors outside your country can give using a credit card. Their credit card company automatically converts the donation from the donor’s local currency into your page’s currency.
Accepting international addresses and phone numbers is supported for credit card and offline donations only. ACH donations are not supported for international donors.
