How Donors Can Manage their Donations Using the Donor Account Center (Donor Guide)

How your donors claim their account, log in, view past donations, edit recurring donations, and view year-end statements

Donors can utilize the Donor Account Center to view past donations, edit any recurring donations, and view year-end statements. Here is how to navigate the Donor Account Center to view and manage donations:

Claim Your Account

  • Click the link in your donation confirmation email. Or the organization may have provided you the link via a different avenue or they have have it posted at the top of their donation page.

  • Click Claim My Account button

  • Enter the email address used when you made your donation, and click Send Me the Link button

  • Check your email. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder

  • On the email, select the Activate Account button, or click the link found below the button. The Activate Account link will work for 24 hours after sending the link

  • Enter your password, and confirm your password

  • Select the Sign Up button

  • From there, you will be directed to the login page, and can enter your email address and password to log in

Review Past Donations

  • After claiming your account, login to the Donor Account Center using the link in your donation confirmation email or if your organization provided the link somewhere else

  • Once logged in, click the Donations tab in the top menu bar

  • Click View Details on the donation you want to view

Update Recurring Donations

  • After claiming your account, login to the Donor Account Center using the link in your donation confirmation or the link your organization may have provided

  • Once logged in, click the Donations tab in the top menu bar

  • Click View Details on the recurring donation you want to view

  • Click the Edit button on the right-hand side

Pro Tip: All Recurring Donations will appear with the double arrow icon on the left-hand side

  • Edit your Donation as desired

    • In the Amount field, donors can update the amount of their donation

    • In the Enabled field, donors can choose to stop or reactivate their donation

    • In the Schedule field, donors can change the frequency and date of their recurring donation

    • In Payments Left, donors can update the number of payments they want to process

    • In First/Last Name, donors can update the billing name on file

    • In Payment Method, donors can update their card or bank account information

    • In Address, donors can update the billing address on file

  • Click Save to save the recurring donation settings

View Year End Statements

  • After claiming your account, login to the Donor Account Center

  • Once logged in, click the Donations tab in the top menu bar

  • Click View Year-End Statements on the left-hand side

  • You will see an option for each year you've donated. Select View Details next to the correct year to save or print your statement.

Note: Complete year-end statements become available at the beginning of the new year. For example, year-end statements for 2024 become available on January 1, 2025.
