FAQs
Are page analytics available for each donation page?
Are page analytics available for each donation page?
Yes. Page Analytics are available for each page. To view Analytics for another page, navigate to that page and open its Analytics dashboard.
Why doesn't the conversion rate match the number of unique visitors and donations?
Why doesn't the conversion rate match the number of unique visitors and donations?
The conversion rate is not calculated using unique visitors. Instead, it is based on the number of active visitors who interacted with the page and the resulting online donations.
Because unique visitors and active visitors are measured differently, the conversion rate may not match a calculation based solely on unique visitors versus total online donations.
